摘要
面对高质量城市建设和乡村振兴需求,建筑的智能建造与工业化日益成为装配式建筑产业升级的重要抓手。建筑机器人智能建造装备的批量定制生产能力能够有效应对装配式建筑大批量、柔性的生产需求。定制开发的机器人工具端为灵活高效的建造工艺体系奠定了基础;机器人智能感知与反馈技术提高了生产系统对多样化的复杂建造任务的适应能力;基于计算设计平台的机器人控制软件直接将几何逻辑转译为建造逻辑,推动装配式建筑设计与建造一体化发展。文章以木构建筑的机器人装配式建造为例,诠释面向批量定制的装配式建筑数字建造技术体系的内涵。
Aiming at high-quality development of urban renewal and rural revitalization,the coordinated development of intelligent construction and industrialization provides technical support for the upgrading of prefabricated building industry.The mass customization capacity of intelligent construction robots can cope with the low flexibility of prefabricated building production lines.The customized robotic fabrication tools lay the foundation for a flexible and efficient construction craft system;intelligent perception and feedback technologies of robots improve the system’s ability to respond to complex construction requirements and computational design platform-based robotic simulation and programming software can directly transform parametric modeling logic into robotic construction logic,promoting the integration of prefabricated building design and fabrication.This paper takes the robotic prefabrication of wooden architectures as an example to interpret the connotation of mass customization-oriented digital fabrication technology system of prefabricated buildings.
