摘要
针对建筑师在装配式建筑研究及实践中“缺位”的问题,提出建立系统科学观点和一体化的集成设计方法,正确理解、看待、发展装配式建筑。通过分析建筑物质性和非物质性的二元统一特征,对装配式建筑的物质性本质进行定义,并提出装配式建筑应分为结构、围护、机电、内装四大系统。最后,总结装配式建筑应进行流程再造,建立建筑、结构、机电、内装一体化和设计、制造、装配一体化的建筑系统集成设计方法。
In view of the“absence”of architects in the research and practice of prefabricated buildings,this paper puts forward the establishment of a systematic scientific point of view and an integrated design approach to correctly understand,treat and develop prefabricated buildings.Through analysis of the binary synthesis of the material and the intangible of architecture,it defines the material nature of architecture,and the four systems of structure,cladding,MEP and interior in prefabricated buildings.It finally proposes that the construction process of prefabricated buildings be re-organized,and set up a systematic integrated design approach integrating construction,structure,MEP and interior,and also integrating design,manufacturing and prefabrication.
