摘要
可步行性是建成环境支持和鼓励行走程度的综合性指标。目前,国内尚未开发和应用一种本土化的对可步行性进行测度的方法。首先,在研究总结国外可步行性测度方法的基础上,建立宏观层面的可步行性测度方法,再利用街景图像识别技术,建立微观层面的可步行性测度方法,从而实现对不同空间分析单元进行可步行性的测度。进而,利用SPSS进行线性回归分析,探索可步行性与居民步行特征之间的相关性,验证其有效性。最后,根据可步行性测度方法的有效性检验结果,对大连市行政街道的建成环境进行可步行性测度。研究结果表明,大连市的可步行性呈现中部地区高,由中心向外围递减的态势。
The walkability is a comprehensive index that measures and evaluates the extent to which the built environment supports and encourages walking.However,there is not any localized walkability measurement that has been developed and applied in China.This study therefore summarizes the methods of walkability measurement and uses Tencent Street View to establish a new macro-level and micro-level measurement method.Through linear regression analysis,it explores the relationship between the walkability measured results of different spatial analysis units and the actual walking characteristics of residents to determine its effectiveness.Finally,according to the validity results of the new walkability measurement method,this study measures the walkability of built environment in Dalian.The results shows that it is higher in the central regions and decreases from the center to the periphery in Dalian.
