智慧城市背景下县域电网掉闸因素分析与改造策略实践

摘要 城市智慧化发展是未来发展方向,城市级大规模电网的安全稳定是构建智慧城市的基本保证。在电网运行过程中,电网掉闸是最为常见的事故,频繁掉闸会影响电网的安全与运行可靠性。本文基于山西省临汾市某电网典型10 kV线路中的掉闸问题进行分析,通过实际调研数据分析了出现掉闸的可能因素,并提出了具体的改造策略。根据实际改造数据来看,按照此文提出的策略改造后,该案例的掉闸次数明显减少。本文研究对相关电网的运维有十分重要的参考意义。 Building a smart city is one of the hottest topics nowadays,and the safety and stability of large-scale power grids at city level is a basic guarantee for smart cities.In the process of grid operation,grid dropout is the most common accident,and frequent dropout will affect the safety and operational reliability of the grid.This paper analyses a typical 10 kV line in a power grid in Linfen,Shanxi Province,based on the problem of a dropped gate,analyses the possible factors for a dropped gate through actual research data,and proposes a specific transformation strategy.Based on the actual retrofit data,the number of dropped gates in this case was significantly reduced after retrofitting according to the strategy proposed in this paper.The research in this paper has very important reference significance for the operation and maintenance of the relevant power grids.
