摘要
由于燃用全水份为55%的褐煤,长期以来煤仓堵煤导致机组降负荷甚至停机成为困扰我们的最大难题,为了解决高水份褐煤煤仓堵煤的难题,对国内外清堵技术尝试试用,旨在找到一种能彻底解决煤仓堵煤的防堵技术,并且给同样燃用高水份燃煤的煤仓防堵提供借鉴。分析煤仓堵煤的原因,对现有的煤仓防堵技术的调研、试用,重点针对目前国外的一种AS脉冲防堵技术进行了研究及试用。试用结果:AS脉冲防堵技术对于解决高水份褐煤煤仓堵煤效果显著,能彻底解决煤仓频繁堵煤的问题。各种防堵技术都有各自的优缺点,AS脉冲防堵技术适用范围广,效果好优势明显,能全面替代其它防堵技术解决煤仓物料流动性差造成堵塞的问题。
Due to the coal burning full moisture 55%,for a long time of coal wall coal led to load down or even stop is become our biggest problem,in order to solve our problem of high moisture lignite coal of coal wall,try to unblock the technology at home and abroad,to find a can solve held in coal bunker coal wall technology,and give the same burning high moisture held in the coal bunker.This paper analyzes the reasons of coal blocking in coal bunker of investigates and tries out the existing coal bunker blocking technology,and mainly studies and tries out a kind of AS pulse blocking technology abroad at present.Trial results:AS pulse blocking technology has a remarkable effect on coal blocking in high moisture lignite bunker,and can completely solve the problem of frequent coal blocking in our coal bunker.Various blocking technologies have their own advantages and disadvantages.AS pulse blocking technology has a wide range of application,good effect and obvious advantages,and can replace other blocking technologies comprehensively to solve the problem caused by poor flow of coal bunker materials.
