摘要
根据国内外不同标准的口罩原理、分类、标准、应用及过滤效率的差异,对市面上常见的口罩进行比对研究与分析,进而得出不同防护场景下,针对新型冠状病毒(新冠病毒,SARS-CoV-2)等呼吸道致病因子的口罩使用最优选择。分析认为,综合防护能力依次为医用防护口罩>自吸过滤式防颗粒物呼吸器>日常防护型口罩>医用外科口罩>一次性使用医用口罩。口罩是人们对生物性和物理性呼吸道致病因子进行防护的重要手段之一,是阻断新冠病毒传播的有效方式,但要根据不同防护用途,选择最佳防护口罩。
According to the differences in the principle, classification, standard, application, and filter efficiency of different standards of masks at home and abroad, a comparative study and scientific analysis of the common masks on the market are carried out, and then it is concluded that under different protection scenarios, the optimal choice of masks for SARS-CoV-2 and other respiratory pathogenic factors. According to the analysis, the comprehensive protection ability from high to low was as follows: protective face mask for medical use>non-powered air-purifying particle respirator>daily protective mask>surgical mask>single-use medical face mask. Masks are the important means for people to protect against biological and physical respiratory pathogens, and an effective way to block the spread of SARS-CoV-2. However, the best protective masks should be selected according to different protective purposes.
