HXD2型机车牵引通风机仿真优化和试验

Simulation optimization and test of HXD2 locomotive traction fan

摘要 针对HX2型机车牵引通风机,运用CFD数值计算方法从气动结构上对风机进行了优化提升,完成了两种优化方案,并对性能更优的优化风机二制造样机进行试验对比,计算结果表明,优化风机一静压效率比原始参考模型提高9%,功率降低2.2 kW,噪声值降低1 dB(A);优化风机二静压效率比原始参考模型提高12%,功率降低2.5 kW,噪声值降低8.7 dB(A)。对比试验和仿真结果表明,优化前后风机的静压试验值低于仿真值,风机静压效率试验值高于仿真值,且差值基本相同,平均差值7.2%。该结果为风机优化提供参考。 The HX2 locomotive traction fan was optimized and improved from the aerodynamic structure by using the CFD numerical calculation method, and two optimization schemes were completed. The experimental comparison of the two optimized fan prototypes was carried out, and the results show that the static pressure efficiency of the optimized fan 1 increases by 9%, with the power and the noise value reducing respectively by 2. 2k W and 1d B( A);the static pressure efficiency of the optimized fan 2 increases by 12%, with the power and the noise value reducing respectively by 2. 5k W and 8. 7d B(A). The comparative test and simulation results show that the static pressure test value is lower and the fan static pressure efficiency test value is higher than the simulation value, and the difference is basically the same, with an average difference of 7. 2%. The results provide a reference for fan optimization.
