摘要
利用大气等离子喷涂技术在GCr15钢上制备了氧化铝绝缘涂层,对比密封剂使用前后涂层力学性能和电绝缘性能的差异,研究了不同密封操作对涂层环境适应性能的影响。使用万能电子试验机对涂层的结合强度进行了检测,用DSC404F1热流型DSC对涂层样品进行失重测试,用高压电阻测试仪检测了涂层在特定温度湿度条件下的电阻,对其电绝缘性能进行表征。试验发现密封操作的引入改善了涂层的力学性能及其绝缘性能,而适当的封孔操作可以提高涂层的环境适应性能。
We prepared alumina insulating coatings on GCr15 steel by atmospheric plasma spraying technology, in order to compare the differences in mechanical and electrical insulating characteristics of the coatings and study the effect of different sealing operations on the environmental adaptability of the coatings before and after using of sealants. We tested the bonding strength with a universal electronic test machine, the weight loss with a DSC404F1 heat-flux differential scanning calorimeter, and the resistance at a specific temperature and humidity condition with a high-voltage resistance tester. It is found that the introduction of sealing operation can improve the mechanical and insulating performance of the coating, and proper sealing operation can improve the environmental adaptability of the coating.
