摘要
物流智能配送中心的运输带在正常工作的过程中由于尖锐物件的锥刺、外加力的扭断以及机械应力过大,难免会对运输带造成损害出现断裂和破损等问题,对物流中心的正常运输造成影响。通过对运输带粘接技术研究制定了一套适用于物流智能配送中心的运输带,使皮带粘接强度得到提升,确保物流智能配送中心的正常运行。
In the course of normal operation,the transportation belt of the logistics intelligent distribution center s sharp objects coning,external force s twisting and mechanical stress,unavoidably,it will cause damage to the transportation belt,and some problems,such as fracture and breakage,will affect the normal transportation of the logistics center.In this paper,a set of transportation belt which is suitable for logistics intelligent distribution center is developed by studying the adhesive technology of conveyor belt,so as to enhance the adhesive strength of belt and ensure the normal operation of logistics intelligent distribution center.
