汉麻基纤维素水凝胶复合功能伤口敷料制备及性能

Preparation and properties of hemp based cellulosehydrogel composite functional wound dressing

针对传统伤口敷料湿透性和透气性差的问题,提出汉麻基纤维素水凝胶复合功能性伤口敷料的制备。设计的汉麻基纤维素水凝胶复合功能性伤口敷料主要由保护层、接触面层和水凝胶涂层3部分组成。其具有保湿性、防菌性、自我愈合性等多重功能,湿透性和透气性分别为(196.84±27.14)g/(m^(2)·h)和11.5 mm/s,湿透性和透气性皆表现良好,可用于内分泌护理使用。

Aiming at the problem of poor moisture permeability and air permeability of traditional wound dressing,the preparation of hemp based cellulose hydrogel composite functional wound dressing was proposed.The hemp based cellulose hydrogel composite functional wound dressing designed is mainly composed of 3 parts:protective layer,contact surface layer and hydrogel coating.It has multiple functions such as moisture retention,bacteria resistance,liquid diffusion prevention,water absorption,self-healing and so on.The moisture permeability and air permeability were(196.84±27.14)g/(m^(2)·h)and 11.5 mm/s,respectively.The moisture permeability and air permeability were good,which could be used in endocrine nursing.
