摘要
针对传统汽车内饰重金属电检测方法精密度低,检测过程复杂的问题,提出用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)对汽车材料中存在的有害元素进行检测。研究优化了ICP-MS参数,以方法准确度和精密度为检验标准进行验证。结果表明:在载气流速和样品提升速度分别为1.0 L/min和0.10 r/s,内标元素为Se和In的条件下,ICP-MS法对检验有害物质建立的标准曲线相关系数高于0.999,检出限在0.01~0.05μg/kg,方法精密度和加标回收率表现良好。实际样品检测结果表明,少量原料工程塑料ABS存在重金属超标的现象,但作为汽车内饰使用时,并未发现重金属超标的情况。
Aiming at the problems of low precision and complex detection process of traditional electrical detection methods of heavy metals in automobile interior,Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer(ICP-MS)is proposed to detect harmful elements in automobile materials.The parameters of ICP-MS were optimized and verified with the accuracy and precision of the method as the test standard.The results show that when the carrier gas flow rate and sample lifting speed are 1.0 L/min and 0.10 r/s respectively,and the internal standard elements are Se and In,the correlation coefficient of the standard curve established by ICP-MS for the detection of hazardous substances is higher than 0.999,and the detection limit range is 0.01~0.05μg/kg,the precision and recovery of the method were good.When actual samples were detected,it was found that a small amount of raw engineering plastic ABS exceeded the standard of heavy metals,but when it was used as automobile interior,it was not found that heavy metals exceeded the standard.
