摘要
为研究蔗渣与椰糠作为沥青混合料填料适用性,选用蔗渣、椰糠、花岗岩填料、玄武岩填料,采用SEM对填料微观形貌进行观察,利用布氏黏度计对不同填料沥青胶浆进行分析,基于胶浆黏度确定沥青混合料试验温度;最后对比分析不同填料对沥青混合料稳定度与水稳性的影响。结果表明:在20%的填料掺量下(占沥青体积比),椰糠和蔗渣填料的沥青胶浆黏度与石灰石填料的黏度相当,二者对应沥青混合料稳定度、冻融劈裂强度比、动稳定度均符合规范要求,低温破坏应变符合冬寒区限定要求。
To study the suitability of sucrose residue and coconut bran as asphalt mixture filling,use sucrose residue,coconut bran,granite filling and basalt filling by SEM,utilize a Brinell viscometer to analyze the asphalt slurry and the test temperature is determined based on its viscosity and analyze the influence of different packing on asphalt mixture stability and water stability.The results show that under 20%of the filling mixture(asphalt volume ratio),the asphalt grout viscosity of coconut bran and sucrose residue filling is equivalent to the viscosity of the asphalt mixture stability,freeze-melting cracking strength ratio and dynamic stability meet the specification requirements,and the low temperature damage strain meets the limited requirements of winter cold area.
