摘要
介绍了活性碳纤维的物理特性和化学特性,物理特性是采用的X射线衍射分析,使用物理仪器对活性碳纤维进行测试,统计分析结果表明:活性碳纤维的吸附效果最佳;化学特性是通过化学滴定测定活性碳纤维的元素含量,推算出这种物质中所含的官能团,结果表明:活性碳纤维含有酸性官能团和碱性官能团,其中碱性官能团所含的比例相较其他的官能团高。目前制作活性碳纤维常用气液双效法,即用氢氧化钾浸泡再结合;由于其表面积和微孔结构、高附着力和高表面活性,活性碳纤维已成为一种独特的吸附材料。活性碳纤维防护口罩可有效防止5μm内各种病原体的粉尘和呼吸繁殖,并起到保护作用,防护效果远比普通口罩好。
The physical and chemical characteristics of activated carbon fiber are introduced.The physical characteristics are from X-ray diffraction analysis,various high-end physical instruments are used to test activated carbon fiber,and a set of experimental data are obtained.Statistical analysis concluded that activated carbon fiber has the best adsorption effect.The chemical characteristic is to determine the element content of activated carbon fiber through chemical titration,so as to calculate the functional groups contained in this material.According to the experiment,it can be concluded that activated carbon fiber contains acidic functional groups and alkaline functional groups,in which the proportion of alkaline functional groups is also quite high,compared with other functional groups.Now a new manufacturing method,gas-liquid double effect method,is commonly used to make activated carbon fiber on the market.Its principle is to soak it in potassium hydroxide and then combine it.Secondly,due to its surface area,microporous structure,high adhesion and high surface activity,activated carbon fiber has become a unique adsorption material.Therefore,activated carbon fiber protective mask can effectively prevent dust and respiratory reproduction of various pathogens within 5μm,and play a protective role.It is an incomparable ordinary mask.
