摘要
以铝蜂窝夹层结构为研究对象,通过设计固持结构,采用高速冲击试验系统,开展铝蜂窝夹层结构高速冲击试验;建立铝蜂窝夹层结构数值模型,开展高速冲击数值模拟研究,依据试验结果对数值模拟方法进行确认,分析冲击过程中铝蜂窝夹层结构中铝板与蜂窝结构能量吸收与转化规律及其相互关系。
Taking the aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure as the research object,the high-speed impact test of aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure is carried out by designing the retaining structure and adopting the high-speed impact test system;Establish the numerical model of aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure,carry out high-speed impact numerical simulation research,confirm the numerical simulation method according to the test results,and analyze the energy absorption and transformation law of aluminum plate and honeycomb structure in the aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure and their relationship during the impact process.
