摘要
对于大型机械设备而言,自动化控制模型的重要性十分突出,该模型的控制性能将会对设备最终的工作品质、效率带来明显的影响。自动化控制模型设计就是将数学计算作为重要基础,第1步,对该模型的影响变量进行明确;第2步,给出具体的数学运算;最后一步就是对设计的系统进行仿真分析。结果显示,设计的以数学计算为基础的自动化控制模型对原先的自动化控制模型局限性进行改进,提升了调度稳定性与通信性能。
For large-scale mechanical equipment,the automation control model is very important,the control performance of the model will have an obvious impact on the final working quality and efficiency of the equipment.The automatic control model designed in this paper is based on mathematical calculation.The first step is to define the influence variables of the model.The second step is to give the specific mathematical operation.The last step is the simulation analysis of the designed system.The results show that the mathematical-based automatic control model improves the limitation of the original automatic control model,and improves the scheduling stability and communication performance.
