摘要
二氧化碳应用于转炉顶吹,既是对二氧化碳的资源化利用,缓解钢厂减排任务,又可以提高转炉脱磷率,降低火点区温度,减少粉尘产生和排放,降低终渣TFe,有利于减少钢铁料消耗,降低成本。使用Ansys Fluent软件对六孔氧枪喷头射流进行数值模拟分析,设置二氧化碳混合比例分别为0,30%,50%,100%,分析不同掺混比例对六孔氧枪喷头射流特性的影响。结果显示,掺混比例提高会降低喷头出口速度,但速度衰减减缓,流股掺混减弱,射流动压上升,冲击能力增大。本研究结果可为转炉顶吹二氧化碳的工艺提供理论参考。
The application of carbon dioxide in the top blowing of converter is not only the resource utilization of carbon dioxide and alleviating the emission reduction task of steel plant,but also can improve the dephosphorization rate of converter,reduce the temperature of fire point ar⁃ea,reduce the generation and emission of dust and reduce the TFe of final slag,which is conducive to reducing the consumption of iron and steel materials and reducing the cost.In this study,ANSYS Fluent software is used to simulate and analyze the jet of six hole oxygen lance noz⁃zle.The carbon dioxide mixing ratios are set to 0,30%,50%and 100%respectively.The effects of different mixing ratios on the jet charac⁃teristics of six hole oxygen lance nozzle are analyzed.The results show that the increase of mixing ratio will reduce the outlet velocity of nozzle,but the velocity attenuation slows down,the flow mixing weakens,the jet dynamic pressure increases and the impact capacity increases.The results provide a theoretical reference for the process of top blowing carbon dioxide in converter.
