“炉外精炼-电渣”冶炼GH3128合金Φ480 mm电渣锭工艺研究

摘要 为了满足GH3128合金大圆棒材日渐增长的使用需求,研究了“炉外精炼-电渣”冶炼GH3128合金Φ480 mm电渣锭的工艺,并对其组织和力学性能进行了测试。研究结果表明:通过炉外精炼对钢液的提纯和电渣二次重熔冶炼工艺的设计与优化,经过锻造“精快锻联合”,成功地冶炼出了无冶金缺陷的GH3128合金Φ480 mm电渣锭,锻制出的Φ250 mm大圆棒材组织均匀,横纵向力学性能一致,均满足标准要求。 In order to meet the increasing demand for large round bars of GH3128 alloy,Φ480 mm GH3128 ingot melted by“secondary refi⁃ning+electroslag”process was studied,and the structure and mechanical properties of the steel were tested in this paper.The results show that the GH3128 ingot inΦ480 mm without metallurgical defects is got via refining melting to purify the molten steel and improved secondary electroslag remelting process.Bars inΦ250 mm are got through“precision and rapid forging machines joint”,which have not only uniform mi⁃crostructure,but consistent transverse and longitudinal mechanical properties,conforming to requirements.
