粮食干燥领域的热源种类较多,在碳中和政策和生物质经济的驱动下,其中以生物质为燃料的热源发展潜力巨大。本文介绍了几种典型的生物质颗粒热风炉的工艺流程,分析了其特点,为生物质颗粒热风炉的设计提供了思路。建议根据市场背景、国家战略、客户诉求等方面选择合适的生物质颗粒热风炉技术。
There are many types of heat sources in the field of grain drying.Driven by the carbon neutral policy and biomass economy,the de⁃velopment potential of heat sources using biomass as fuel is huge.The process flow of several typical biomass pellet furnacesis introduced,their characteristics is analyzed and the ideas for the design of biomass pellet furnacesis provided.It is recommended to choose the appropriate bio⁃mass pellet air⁃heating furnace technology according to the market background,national strategy,customer demands and other aspects.
