摘要
为了解决加热炉能量消耗过高的问题,在可编程编辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,简称PLC)的基础上设计出加热炉钢坯顺序控制系统。凭借PLC可靠性高、编程简单以及运行速度快等优势,将其应用于加热炉钢坯顺序控制系统中,可强化系统的控制精准度及可靠性。选用全液压驱动型步进梁机构作为核心设备,通过液压装置实现整体驱动。该系统可达到优化生产流程、最大限度地提升钢坯生产效率的目的,有效提高企业的经济效益,具有一定的参考意义。
In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption of heating furnace,the billet sequence control system of heating furnace was designed based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC).With the advantages of high reliability,simple programming and fast running speed of PLC,the application of PLC in the sequence control system of heating furnace billet can strengthen the control precision and reliabili⁃ty of the system.Fully hydraulic driven stepping beam mechanism is selected as the core equipment to realize the overall drive through hydrau⁃lic device.The system can optimize the production process,maximize the production efficiency of billet,effectively improve the economic ben⁃efits of enterprises,has a certain reference significance.
