摘要
目的探索磁共振弥散张量成像(DTI)的参数部分各向异性(FA)监测非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变(NAION)患者视神经损伤程度的可行性。方法选取2015年6月—2017年1月北京中医药大学东方医院诊治的NAION患者36例(50只眼)作为试验组,选取同期体检的同年龄段的健康人25例(50只眼)作为对照组。所有对象分别行光学相干断层扫描(OCT)检查和DTI检查,分别获取视神经纤维层(RNFL)厚度和FA数据,而后进行统计分析,同时对RNFL厚度与FA之间的相关性进行分析。结果(1)RNFL厚度:试验组RNFL厚度较对照组薄,差异有统计学意义(t=5.223,P=0.000)。(2)FA:试验组的FA较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=11.104,P=0.000)。(3)相关性:Pearson相关分析显示,FA与RNFL厚度呈正相关(r=0.694,P=0.011)。结论FA在监测NAION病情变化方面具有重大的意义,可以反应视神经损伤的程度。
OBJECTIVE To explore the feasibility of fractional anisotropy(FA)of diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)parameter in monitoring the degree of optic nerve injury in patients with non-arteritic ischemic optic neuropathy(NAION).MEHTODS A total of thirty-six cases of NAION patients(50 eyes)diagnosed and treated in the Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the test group,and twenty-five cases(50 eyes)of healthy people of the same age who underwent physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.All subjects underwent OCT examination and DTI examination respectively to obtain the retinal nerve fiber layer(RNFL)thickness and the FA data,and then statistical analysis of all the data was carried out.At the same time,the correlation between RNFL thickness and FA was analyzed.RESULTS(1)RNFL thickness:The RNFL thickness of the test group was thinner than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.223,P=0.000).(2)FA data:The FA data of the test group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.104,P=0.000).(3)Correlation analysis:Pearson correlation analysis showed that FA was positively correlated with RNFL thickness(r=0.694,P=0.011).CONCLUSIONS FA is of great significance in monitoring the changes of NAION,and can reflect the degree of optic nerve injury.
