摘要
目的构建医院工作场所暴力降阶技术体系。方法通过广泛的文献分析,小组讨论后初步确定技术体系,采用德尔菲法对20名专家进行两轮函询。结果两轮专家函询的积极系数分别为90%、100%,专家权威系数为0.85,肯德尔协调系数为0.489(P<0.01),函询专家经验丰富。构建的医院工作场所暴力降阶技术体系可靠性高。构建的技术体系包括7项维度和56项技术条目。结论构建的暴力降阶技术体系具有较高的客观性、可靠性,为医院工作场所实时应对暴力提供参考依据。
Objective To construct the violence de-escalation technology system in hospital workplace.Methods Based on literature analysis,the technology system was initially determined after group discussion.Two rounds of consultations were conducted among 20 experts by using the Delphi method.Results The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultations were 90%and 100%respectively.The expert authority coefficient was 0.85 and the Kendall's W coefficient was 0.489(P<0.01).The experts had rich experience and the result was reliable.The construction technology system consisted of 7 dimensions and 56 items.Conclusions The violence de-escalation technology system is objective and reliable,which has provided reference for response to real-time violence in hospital workplace.
