B-box家族蛋白在植物光信号转导中的作用机制进展 被引量:1

Recent advances on BBX protein family mediated light signal transduction in plants

摘要 光是调节植物生长发育的重要环境信号,BBX (B-box)家族蛋白在植物光信号转导过程中扮演着重要角色,它们通过在转录水平调节HY5的表达及在蛋白水平与COP1、HY5及PIFs等光信号转导的关键组分相互作用进而调控下游通路,参与调控植物光形态建成、避荫反应及光周期途径调节开花过程。本文对拟南芥、水稻、番茄中BBX家族蛋白的结构进行分析,综述了拟南芥BBX蛋白在植物光信号转导过程中的地位、功能等相关研究进展,阐明BBX家族蛋白在光调控植物生长发育过程中的分子作用机制,为利用光信号调控作物生长发育促进农业生产提供理论参考。 Light is an essential signal for plant physiological and developmental processes.The B-box zinc finger(BBX) family proteins play important roles in the light signal transduction.BBXs can either directly regulate mRNA level of elongated hypocotyl 5(HY5),or interacted with constitutively photomorphogenic 1(COP1),HY5,phytochrome-interacting factors(PIFs) etc.,key components of light signaling transduction to regulate downstream gene expression and subsequent plant development and growth,such as shade avoidance,photomorphogenesis,and photoperiodic pathway.Here,we summarized the structures,functions,and detailed regulatory mechanisms in light signal transduction for BBX genes in Arabidopsis thaliana,Oryza sativa,and Solanum lycopersicum,and discussed the role of BBX proteins in the improvement of the efficiency of agricultural production of crop plants.
