摘要
《本草纲目》广征博引古籍文献,直接引用《尔雅》高达240条。其引自《尔雅》的植物异名,考据精审者甚多,但也有考释不确,存在异名与正名非同一植物的错讹情况。本文简选四例,试从词源角度来正古文献植物异名之混,以期为本草学和词典编撰、修订提供参考。
Compendium of Materia Medica(《本草纲目》)extensively quotes ancient books and documents,directly quoting up to 240 pieces of source from Er Ya(《尔雅》).Most ofthe plant synonyms quoted from Er Ya have been made wonderful textual research,but there are also some inaccurate interpretations that the synonym and the certified name are not the same plant.This article briefly selects four examples to try to identify the synonyms of plants in ancient literature from the perspective of etymology,in order to provide areference for herbalism and the compilation and revision of dictionaries.
