摘要
新兴科技扑面而来,面向数字素养的《义务教育信息科技课程标准(2022年版)》正式颁布,其基本理念是坚持立德树人,培养具有数字素养的时代新人。义务教育信息科技课程面对全体学生,建构科学与实践并重的课程内容。课程面向当下与未来,变革信息科技育人方式,遵循“教—学—评”一致性,建构基于核心素养的评价体系。本次修订的信息科技课程标准主要包括三个方面的突破:从信息技术到信息科技的转变;从信息素养到数字素养的发展;从知识技能课程走向核心素养课程体系建构。标准颁布之后,其面临着各学段有效衔接、信息科技师资队伍培训、信息科技实验室建设等一系列挑战与机遇。
Emerging technologies are coming,and “Information Technology Curriculum Standards for Digital Literacy in Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)” is officially promulgated.The basic concept of the information technology curriculum standards adheres to cultivating new talents with digital competencies.Information Technology curriculum for compulsory education faces all students and constructs curriculum content that emphasizes both science and practice.The curriculum faces the present and the future,changes the way of educating people with information technology,follows the consistency of teaching evaluation,and constructs an evaluation system based on core competencies.The main breakthroughs in formulating information technology curriculum standards this time include the transformation from information technology to information sciences,the development from information competencies to digital competencies,and the construction of the core competencies curriculum system from knowledge and skills courses.After promulgating the standards,it faces a series of challenges and opportunities,such as the effective connection of various academic stages,the training of information technology teachers,and the construction of information technology laboratories.
