摘要
选择1年生米老排穗条为试验材料,研究插穗类型、基质类型和生长调节剂3个因素对米老排插穗生长影响。结果表明:来源于顶部和中部的穗条类型的苗高差异不显著(P>0.05),但顶部穗条的地径比中部穗条大46.67%(P<0.05);混合基质处理下米老排扦插苗苗高和地径均显著高于黄土基质,分别高324.49%和53.19%;添加维生素B_(12)溶液原液的米老排扦插苗苗高和地径显著高于添加ABT溶液的穗条,分别高155.29%和152.30%。以米老排顶部枝条为插穗材料,用混合基质(50%黄心土+50%轻基质)为培养基质,施加维生素B_(12)溶液原液最有利于米老排扦插苗苗高及地径生长。
The effects of 3 factors including cutting type,matrix type and growth regulator on the growth of 1-year-old Mytilaria laosensis cuttings were studied.The results showed that the difference of cuttings height between top and middle was not significant(P>0.05),but the ground diameter of top cutting was 46.67%higher than that of the middle panicle(P<0.05).The height and ground diameter of M.laosensis under mixed matrix were 324.49%and 53.19%higher than those under loess matrix,respectively.The seedling height and ground diameter of M.laosensis with vitamin B_(12) solution were significantly higher than those with ABT solution,which were 155.29%and 152.30%higher,respectively.Using the top tissue as the cutting material,the mixed medium(50%yellow heart soil+50%light matrix),and vitamin B_(12) solution was the most beneficial to the growth of M.laosensis cutting seedling height and ground diameter.
