摘要
为了解林龄对杉木胸径性状遗传参数的影响,对营建于2010年的杉木优树半同胞子代测定林的胸径性状遗传参数进行了分析,结果表明:表型变异系数随林龄的增大逐渐减小,变化范围为35.7%~28.6%;加性遗传变异系数随林龄的增大逐渐增大,变化范围为8.7%~13.8%;单株狭义遗传力在林龄5~7 a较稳定,第8年开始随林龄增大而增大,遗传力变化范围为0.13(0.05)~0.31(0.06);与林龄12年时相比较,林龄7年时两林龄表型相关系数超过0.8,林龄5年时两林龄的遗传相关系数超过0.8。
In order to understand the effect of stand age on the genetic parameters of DBH character of Cunninghamia lanceolata,the genetic parameters of DBH character in a semi-sib progeny measurement forest of superior trees of C.lanceolata established in 2010 were analyzed.The results showed that variation coefficient of phenotype decreased with the increase of stand age,ranging from 35.7%-28.6%.The additive coefficient of genetic variation increased with the increase of stand age,ranging from 8.7%to 13.8%.The narrow heritability of each plant was stable at the age of 5-7 years,and increased with stand age increasing from the 8th year,with the range of heritability from 0.13(0.05)to 0.31(0.06).Compared with stand of 12 years age,the phenotypic coefficient of the two stands at 7 years age was more than 0.8,and the genetic correlation coefficient of the two stands at 5 years age was more than 0.8.
