Political Science of Eco-Civilization Construction:In Perspective of Political Philosophy

生态文明建设政治学可以被大致界定为关于生态文明建设这一新兴公共政策议题领域的政治学理解与阐释,因而是一个新的比较政治学或议题政治学分支,但也具有明显的人与自然、经济与环境、个体与社会、国内与国际等关系层面上的政治哲学意蕴。生态文明建设政治学既从既有的环境政治学学科发展及其理论成果中获得了研究内容与方法上的基础性支持,也在研究论域、学术话语和主体视角等方面实现了重大拓展和转换,因而能够更鲜明地反映我国新时代环境政治理论与实践上的质性特点。在环境政治学话语体系下,也有关于生态马克思主义或生态社会主义的政治理论和“红绿”的社会运动与政党政治的探讨,同样的生态环境问题也有不同的政治理解与公共政策应对思路,但在生态文明建设政治学视域下,社会主义质性特征或政治哲学的论辩和追问,成为一个尤其突出、也更加关系着全局和未来方向的问题。

The political science of ecological civilization construction can be to a large extent defined as a sub-discipline which focuses on the new public policy issue of constructing eco-civilization and has a strong connotation of political philosophy regarding the relations between man and nature,economy and environment,individual and society,and the domestic and the international.This science both absorbs all the theoretical and methodological research achievements under the framework of environmental politics and makes some substantial innovations in the research fields,academic discourses and observation perspectives to reflect the new features of Chinese environmental politics in the new era.There are already discussions on the green-left theories and movements such as eco-Marxism or eco-socialism within the discourse of environmental politics,but in perspective of this political science,the socialist characteristics or the political philosophy becomes an even significant or crucial issue.
