杭州市临安区农村居民生活方式与行为现状及影响因素研究

Study on life style, behavior and influencing factors among rural residents in Lin′an District

目的 了解杭州市临安区农村居民生活方式与行为及影响因素,为拟定农村居民健康促进对策提供参考依据。方法 采用多阶段分层抽样的方法,抽取临安区≥20岁农村居民为调查对象,采用自行设计的问卷收集人口学资料、饮食、运动等生活方式与行为等信息作描述性分析,并采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析生活方式与行为的影响因素。结果 共发放920份问卷,回收有效问卷900份,回收有效率97.83%。临安区农村居民现在吸烟率为22.67%(204人),经常饮酒率为17.67%(159人),32.00%(288人)的居民有“三高”饮食习惯,16.89%(152人)的居民有规律运动习惯,88.67%(798人)会定期健康体检。多因素结果显示:性别、文化程度是现在吸烟的影响因素;性别、年龄是经常饮酒的影响因素;性别是“三高”饮食的影响因素;年龄、婚姻、职业、月收入是规律运动的影响因素;性别、年龄、文化、月收入是定期体检的影响因素。结论 临安区农村居民的生活方式与行为存在明显的人群分布差异,应针对不同人群进行差异性干预。

Objective To understand the lifestyles, behaviors and influencing factors of rural residents in Lin′an District of Hangzhou City, and to provide reference for the formulation of rural residents′ health promotion strategies. Methods A multi-stage stratified sampling method was used to sample rural residents aged 20 and above as the survey subjects in Lin′an District. A self-designed questionnaire was used to collect demographic data, diet, exercise and other lifestyle and behavior information for descriptive analysis, and logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of lifestyle and behavior.Results A total of 920 questionnaires were distributed, 900 valid questionnaires were recovered, and the recovery rate was 97.83%. The current smoking rate of rural residents in Lin′an District was 22.67%(204 persons),17.67%(159 persons) having regular drinking, 32.00%(288 persons) having "three high" eating habits, and 16.89%(152 persons) having regular exercise habits, 88.67%(798 persons) having regular health check-ups. Multi-factor results showed that gender and education were the influencing factors of current smoking. Gender and age were the influencing factors of regular drinking. Gender was the influencing factor of the "three high" diet. Age, marriage, occupation, and monthly income were the influence of regular exercise factors. Gender, age, culture, and monthly income were the influencing factors for regular physical examinations. Conclusion There are obvious population distribution differences in the lifestyles and behaviors of rural residents in Lin′an District, and different populations should be intervened differently.
