摘要 Alzheimer's disease(AD)is known to be a progressive neurodegenerative illness that attacks the brain, causing alterations in synaptic transmission, dystrophic neurites, and neuronal death brought on by the accumulation of neurofibrillary tangles in neuronsand neuritic amyloidbeta(Aβ)plaques in the extracellular space resulting in brain shrinkage and misshapen architecture[1].
