基于出土及传世文献探索秦汉时期的疫病防治

Exploration on the prevention and control of epidemic diseases in the Qin and Han dynasties based on the unearthed and handed down documents

基于出土文献及传世文献相关资料,探索秦汉时期的中医防疫治疫的相关问题,辨析疫病相关字词及概念,研究此时期疫病流行概况、病因病机、预防措施、治疗方法等,深入还原中医起源萌芽阶段的疫病防治情况,对中医防疫抗疫寻根溯源,以期为现代突发急性传染病等提供思路与借鉴。

Based on the unearthed documents and handed down documents, this paper comprehensively uses the methods of ‘double evidence method’ and ‘medical history mutual evidence method’ to explore the related problems of TCM epidemic prevention and treatment in the Qin and Han dynasties, distinguish the words and concepts related to epidemic diseases,and study the epidemic situation, etiology, pathogenesis, preventive measures and treatment methods of epidemic diseases in this period. We should thoroughly restore the epidemic prevention situation at the adorable stage of the origin of traditional Chinese medicine, and explore the source of TCM epidemic prevention, so as to provide ideas and reference for outbreak of acute infectious disease today.
