基于对汉语“门”族概念的原型分析与中医经典中“命门”概念演变的溯源,认为“门”的文化原型及其运用对中医门族概念的建构影响深远,命门概念的内涵与外延,及相关命题的意义随研究者意向性的不同而不同,有关命门各家学说的争论并不关乎其概念和命题的真假,而实际上是一个与意识构造有关的语言学问题。意向性在命门概念及其命题的建构中具有指称对象和赋予存在意义的构成作用。“命门”一词多义,致使不同的医家在谈论同一个术语时,其各自所意指的对象甚至可能完全不同,这种由于语用问题而导致的学术纷争是一个可以被澄清的问题,但在中医理论体系中,“门”族概念及其命题仍具有一定的认知价值与临床意义。

Based on the archetype analysis of ‘gate’ word family concept in Chinese and the source tracing of ‘Ming Men’ concept evolution in Chinese medicine classics, it is believed that the ‘gate’ archetype and its application have a profound impact on the construction of the ‘gate’ word family concept system in Chinese medicine. The connotation and extension of ‘Ming Men’ concept and the meaning of related propositions vary with the intention of the researchers. The disputes about various theories of ‘Ming Men’ are not about the right or wrong of the concept, nor the truth or falsehood of the proposition,but in fact it is a linguistic issue related to consciousness construct. Intentionality plays a constitutional role in the construction of ‘Ming Men’ concept and its propositions to refer to the object and to give existence meaning. The term ‘Ming Men’ has multiple meanings, leading to the fact that different doctors may even refer to completely different objects when talking about the same term. This kind of academic disputes caused by pragmatic problems is a problem that can be clarified. ‘Gate’ word family concept and its propositions still have certain cognitive value and clinical significance in the theoretical system of Chinese medicine.
