摘要
“醒脑开窍”针刺法是石学敏院士于1972年创立的用于治疗中风病的针刺方法,现已发展成为以此为核心特色的“石氏卒中单元”疗法,为中风病患者创造了更优越的治疗方案,享誉国内外,石氏“醒脑开窍”理论值得我们不断挖掘和学习。通过结合经典与现代研究梳理“醒脑开窍”理论,可提取总结出石院士的三点创见:对神之所主的发挥--“心为神之基,脑为神之主”、对中风病治则的发挥--“以神为统,辨病为主”、对中风病选穴的发挥--“调神为要,辅以通经”。
The ‘Xingnao Kaiqiao’ acupuncture method is created by academician SHI Xue-min in 1972 for the treatment of stroke. It has now developed into the ‘SHI’s Stroke Unit’ therapy with this core feature, creating a better treatment plan for stroke patients, and is well-known at home and abroad. SHI’s theory of ‘Xingnao Kaiqiao’ is worthy of our continuous exploration and learning. By combining classical and modern studies to sort out the theory of ‘Xingnao Kaiqiao’, we can extract and summarize the three original ideas of academician SHI: Innovation on the lord of Shen: ‘Heart is the foundation of spirit, and the brain is the lord of spirit’, innovation on the principles of treatment of stroke: ‘Taking spirit as the unity and focusing on disease differentiation’, innovation on the selection of acupoints for stroke: ‘Mainly to tune the spirit, assist by the Tongjing’.
