国医大师禤国维运用平衡思维辨治皮肤病经验撷菁

Highlights of TCM master XUAN Guo-wei’s experience in identifying and treating dermatosis with balanced thinking

平衡思维是国医大师禤国维教授在长期的临床实践及对理论的传承、创新中总结出的一种中医临证思维方式,即运用对立统一、动态平衡的观点去认识人体的生理、病理及对疾病的辨证论治。禤教授将中医临证平衡思维紧密结合现代医学,树立了平衡思维下的生命、健康、疾病及防治观,并将其运用于皮肤病的辨证论治,致力于提高临床疗效、减少药物不良反应,在临床上取得了显著成效,现将其经验进行整理、归纳,以期为同道在临床辨治皮肤病拓展新思路,供学者参考、借鉴。

Balanced thinking is a kind of clinical thinking mode of TCM summarized by TCM master XUAN Guo-wei in his long-term clinical practice and the inheritance and innovation of theories. That is to use the viewpoint of unity of opposites and dynamic balance to understand the physiology and pathology of the human body and the syndrome differentiation and treatment of diseases. Professor XUAN closely integrates the balanced thinking of TCM clinical practice into modern medicine,establishing the concept of life, health, disease and prevention under the balanced thinking, and systematically applies it to the syndrome differentiation and treatment of dermatosis. More than that, professor XUAN is committed to improving clinical efficacy and reducing the adverse reactions of drugs, and has achieved remarkable results in clinical practice. This paper is to summarize professor XUAN’s experience in identifying and treating dermatosis with balanced thinking, in the hope of expanding new ideas for clinical differentiation and treatment of dermatosis for fellow scholars for reference.
