国医大师张学文从热瘀论治中风先兆症思想探析

TCM master ZHANG Xue-wen’s thought of treating stroke aura from the theory of heat and blood stasis

中风先兆症是中风病的起始阶段和关键环节,若能及时准确截断病情,可极大促进患者康复和减缓病损。文章基于对中风先兆症发病规律的认识及中医治未病思想,探析张学文教授从热瘀论治中风先兆症的学术观点。提出张教授关于中风先兆症证候轻微需重视、病因病机多复杂要厘清、热瘀辨证抓重点、治法方药可借鉴的诊疗要点,为清脑通络汤临床有效防治中风先兆症或延缓中风的发生提供理论依据。

Stroke aura is the initial stage and key link of apoplexy.This suggests that timely and accurately inhibiting the progression of the disease can greatly promote the recovery of patients and slow down the disease damage.Based on the understanding of the regularity of the onset of apoplexy aura and the thought of TCM treating the disease before the disease,the article explores and analyzes professor ZHANG Xue-wen's academic point of view on the treatment of aura stroke from heat stasis.Professor ZHANG put forward the key points of diagnosis and treatment on the minor symptoms of apoplexy that need attention,the complex etiology and pathogenesis should be clarified,the heat stasis syndrome differentiation should be focused,and the treatment methods and prescriptions can be used for reference.This is aimed to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical effect of Qingnao Tongluo Decoction on preventing and treating stroke aura and delaying the occurrence of stroke.
