姜良铎治疗脾胃病常用角药举隅

Examples of commonly-used triangular drugs by JIANG Liang-duo in treating spleen and stomach diseases

姜良铎教授基于“从态论治”理论,提出中焦气机阻滞是脾胃病的基本病机,三焦壅滞是最常见状态,治疗上善用角药,起到协同增效、多因并治、相反相成、佐制纠偏的作用。针对脾胃病病机与状态,姜教授常使用柴胡、桂枝、瓜蒌,柴胡、黄芩、半夏以疏利三焦,畅达气机;黄连、吴茱萸、石斛,川楝子、延胡索、白芍,九香虫、刺猬皮、厚朴以调和肝胃,理气活血;黄连、三七、白及,海螵蛸、煅瓦楞子、浙贝母,芦根、白茅根、西红花以病证结合,兼顾标本。文章通过总结姜良铎教授运用角药治疗脾胃病的临床经验,以期为本病的治疗提供有益借鉴。

Professor JIANG Liang-duo proposes that qi stagnation of middle energizer is the basic pathogenesis of spleen and stomach diseases, and the stagnation of triple energizer is the most common state based on the theory of ‘treating from state’. In treatment, he is good at using triangular drugs, which plays a synergistic effect, multiple, opposite and complementary,deviation rectified results. For the pathogenesis and state of spleen and stomach diseases, professor JIANG Liang-duo commonly uses: Radix Bupleuri, Ramulus Cinnamomi, Fructus Trichosanthis;Radix Bupleuri, Radix Scutellariae, Rhizoma Pinelliae to regulate qi activity and dredge triple energize, Rhizoma Coptidis, Fructus Evodiae, Herba Dendrobii;Fructus Meliae Toosendan,Rhizoma Corydalis, Radix Paeoniae Alba;Aspongopus, Hedgehog Hide, Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis to regulate the liver and stomach, promote qi and blood circulation, Rhizoma Coptidis, Radix Notoginseng, Rhizoma Bletillae;Os Sepiellae seu Sepiae,Concha Arcae, Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii;Rhizoma Phragmitis, Rhizoma Imperatae, Stigma Croci to treat both the symptoms and the root causes in consideration of disease and syndrome. This article summarizes professor JIANG Liang-duo’s experience in treating spleen and stomach diseases using triangular drugs in order to provide useful reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.
