柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤具有和解少阳、镇惊安神、祛瘀通腑的功效,临床上主要用于治疗精神类疾病,而其用于间质性肺病的报道几乎没有。间质性肺病有胸闷心烦、睡眠较差、情志抑郁者,常符合三阳合病兼有太阴痰饮的病机,此类间质性肺病患者症状与柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤的方证相应。张立山教授运用本方治疗间质性肺病,疗效显著。文章通过典型病案和讨论,说明柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤在间质性肺病中的作用,旨在为间质性肺病的治疗提供中医思考。

Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction has the effects of reconciling Shaoyang,calming the nerves,eliminating blood stasis and clearing the organs.It is mainly used for the treatment of mental illnesses in clinic,and its use in interstitial lung disease is rarely reported.Patients with interstitial lung disease with chest tightness,upset,poor sleep,and emotional depression are often in line with the pathogenesis of Sanyang syndrome and Taiyin phlegm.The symptoms of patients with such interstitial lung disease are often correspond to the prescription of Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction.Professor ZHANG Li-shan used this prescription to treat interstitial lung disease with remarkable curative effect.The article illustrates the role of Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction in interstitial lung disease by typical medical records and discussions,and aims to provide Chinese medicine thinking for the treatment of interstitial lung disease.
