Research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion for polycystic ovary syndrome with hyperandrogenism

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是妇科常见的生殖内分泌疾病,高雄激素血症是PCOS的核心病理特征。近年来,针灸越来越多的应用于PCOS的降雄治疗,且临床疗效显著,相关的机制研究也在逐渐展开。文章介绍了针灸改善PCOS高雄激素血症的相关机制,并着重总结概述了针刺治疗、针刺联合生活方式调整治疗、针刺联合药物治疗以及灸法治疗的临床研究现状,以期为本病的基础研究及临床实践提供理论依据和参考。

Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a reproductive endocrinopathy commonly occurred in gynecology.Hyperandrogenism is the core pathological feature of PCOS.In recent years,acupuncture and moxibustion has been more and more applied in the treatment of reducing androgen in PCOS,and its efficacy is remarkable.Relevant experimental mechanism research has also been carried out.This article introduces the relevant mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of PCOS with hyperandrogenism,with emphasis on the clinical research status of acupuncture treatment,acupuncture combined with lifestyle adjustment therapy,acupuncture combined with medicine therapy and moxibustion treatment.In order to provide theoretical basis and reference for the basic research and clinical practice of PCOS.
