血流剪应力对血管内皮细胞的影响及其与血瘀证的关系 被引量:8

摘要 为探索血流剪应力高低对血管内皮细胞的影响及与中医血瘀证间的关系,文章从血流剪应力对血管内皮细胞(ECs)的生物力学效应的角度回顾了近年来的相关研究,明确了不同水平的血流剪应力可通过影响血管内皮细胞的形态、结构与功能而导致血瘀证形成,并阐述了活血化瘀中药通过调控血流剪应力及保护ECs以发挥其活血化瘀功效的作用机制,为临床上表现为血瘀证证型的心血管疾病的治疗拓展新思路。 In order to explore the relationship between the level of fluid shear stress and TCM blood stasis syndrome,we reviewed the relevant research on from the perspective of the biomechanical effect of fluid shear stress on endothelial cells(ECs)in recent years,and clarified that the level of fluid shear stress could lead to TCM blood stasis syndrome by affecting the shape,structure and function of vascular endothelium,and tried to expound the mechanism of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis of activating blood circulation herbs by regulating the level of fluid shear stress and protecting ECs,so as to expand new ideas for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases with blood stasis syndrome in clinic.
