Traceability of ointment excipients

膏剂辅料是现代膏剂重要的组成部分,辅料添加是现代膏剂制作成形工艺过程中重要流程。文章通过文献研究对膏剂辅料的应用进行以时间顺序为轴的纵向梳理,归纳总结了辅料“萌发-形成-成熟-再发展”四大时期的特点,厘清了历代膏剂辅料的选材特点及应用特点,发现辅料对内外膏剂的分化具有一定意义,并在文章结尾作出了现代膏剂辅料的定义,同时提出了对内服膏方行业辅料规范的展望,以期能遵循中医理论指导下的应用原则,促进膏方的继承和发展。

Ointment excipients are an important part of modern paste, and the addition of excipients is an important process in the production and forming process of modern paste. Based on the literature research, this paper conducts a longitudinal combing of the application of ointment excipients in chronological order, summarizes the characteristics of the four periods of ‘germination-formation-maturity-redevelopment’ of excipients, and clarifies the selection characteristics and application characteristics of past ointment excipients, found that excipients have a certain significance for the differentiation of internal and external ointments, and at the end of the article made a definition of modern ointment excipients, and put forward the prospect of the specification of excipients in the industry of oral ointment, in order to follow the application principles under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory, promote inheritance and development of ointment.
