《抱朴子内篇》休粮术文献研究

Literature study on fasting therapy of Bao Pu Zi Nei Pian

目的:系统梳理《抱朴子内篇》“休粮术”内容,了解抱朴子对休粮的观点,为休粮疗法的现代应用提供借鉴。方法:检索《瀚唐典藏》古籍数据库,摘录《抱朴子内篇》休粮文本,按照休粮目的、休粮人物、休粮方法进行分类整理,结合《抱朴子内篇》的哲学思想、历史背景分析休粮术在道家养生中的意义及其对现代生活方式病的防治价值。结果:《抱朴子内篇》20卷中,有12卷记录了休粮相关论述,占总卷数的60%。谈到休粮目的的有19处,休粮人物有9人,介绍具体休粮方法有服气休粮4处,服符休粮4处,服药休粮13处,休粮方法以服药为主。结论:休粮是道家修炼的主要内容之一,《抱朴子内篇》通过介绍历代休粮人物以论证休粮具有延年益寿、却病强身的作用,书中记载的具体休粮方法尚需结合现代科学原理来进行有选择的应用。

Objective: To summarize the content of fasting therapy in Bao Pu Zi Nei Pian, and to provide reference for the development of modern intracellular fasting therapy. Methods: The ancient books database of Han-Tang Collection were retrieved, the texts of fasting therapy in Bao Pu Zi Nei Pian were extracted, the texts of fasting therapy were classified according to the purpose, characters and methods of retreats, combined with the philosophical thought and historical background of Bao Pu Zi Nei Pian to analyze the significance of fasting therapy in Taoist health preservation and the value of preventing and treating the modern lifestyle diseases. Results: In the 20 volumes of Bao Pu Zi Nei Pian, 12 recorded the discussion about fasting therapy,accounting for 60% of the total volume. There are 19 places about the purpose of Fasting therapy, and there are 9 people who are involved in fasting therapy. Specific methods of fasting therapy include 4 places to take qi, 4 places to take Taoism magic figures or incantations, 13 places to take medicine, and the main method of food fasting therapy is to take medicine. Conclusion:Fasting therapy of the main contents of Taoist cultivation, and there are many famous people who have fasting therapy in the past dynasties. Fasting therapy has the function of prolonging life and keeping in good health. The content of fasting therapy recorded in the book still need to be selectively applied in combination with modern scientific principles.
