清热养阴方超声雾化联合人工泪液治疗肺阴不足型干眼的临床观察 被引量:5

Clinical observation on the treatment of lung yin deficiency dry eye by ultrasonic atomization of Heat-clearing and Yin-nourishing Formula combined with artificial tears

摘要 目的:观察清热养阴方中药超声雾化联合人工泪液治疗肺阴不足型干眼的临床疗效。方法:按随机信封法将60例患者(120只眼)随机分为两组:试验组(清热养阴方雾化联合人工泪液)、对照组(人工泪液)。记录两组患者的中医临床症状评分,眼表疾病指数评分(OSDI),荧光素钠角膜染色(FL)情况,泪液分泌试验(SⅠT),泪膜破裂时间(BUT),并对比分析两组治疗效果,评价清热养阴方对肺阴不足型干眼的疗效。结果:治疗28 d后,试验组总有效率为93.33%(28/30),显著高于对照组80.00%(24/30)(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组OSDI评分、FL评分及中医症状评分均显著降低(P<0.05),BUT、SⅠT均显著增加(P<0.05),且试验组OSDI评分、FL评分及SⅠT改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在人工泪液治疗的基础上,使用清热养阴方雾化治疗肺阴不足型干眼症疗效优于单用人工泪液治疗,可有效改善患者BUT、SⅠT、FL及相关临床症状。 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of lung yin deficiency dry eyes with traditional Chinese medicine ultrasonic atomization of Heat-clearing and Yin-nourishing Formula combined with artificial tears. Methods:Sixty patients(120 eyes) were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group(medicine ultrasonic atomization of Heatclearing and Yin-nourishing Formula combined with artificial tears) and control group(artificial tears). TCM clinical symptom score, ocular surface disease index score(OSDI), corneal staining of fluorescein sodium(FL), tear secretion test(SIT), tear film break-up time(BUT) of patients in two groups were recorded. To compare and analyze the treatment effect of the two groups,and evaluate the efficacy of heat-clearing and yin-nourishing traditional for lung yin deficiency dry eyes. Results: After 28 days of treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group [93.33%(28/30)] was better than the control group [80.00%(24/30)](P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, OSDI score, FL score and symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine were decreased in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05), BUT and SIT was increased significantly(P<0.05), and the improvement of OSDI score, FL score and SIT in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Based on the treatment of artificial tear, the therapeutic effect of Heat-clearing and Yin-nourishing Formula atomization in the treatment of dry eye with deficiency of lung yin is better than that of artificial tear alone, and can effectively improve BUT, SⅠT, FL and related clinical symptoms.
