摘要
智慧教育是教育信息化进入新阶段的必然要求。为顺应智慧教育跨界融合、人机协同、主动智能的发展需要,亟须构建能达成多维融合、保障各要素有机衔接、实现数智化流转的智慧教育生态体系。在“道—法—术—器”理念下,自下而上以“技术使能、术法促变”为导向,自上而下以“理念引领、发展促改”为要求,构建自适应的动态循环的智慧教育生态体系框架。通过打造沉浸融合的智慧环境,提升物人协同化的智慧素养,达成全生态需要的智慧融合,探索培养新时代全面发展需要的智慧人才的实践路径,回应智慧教育发展的需要。
Smart education is an inevitable requirement of the new stage of educational informatization.In order to meet the development needs of cross-border integration,human-computer collaboration and active intelligence,it is urgent to build a smart education ecosystem that can achieve multi-dimensional integration,ensure that all factors of production are connected and realize the flow of digital intelligence.Under the construction concept of“Tao-Fa-Shu-Qi”framework,the guidance of“technology enabling,technique promoting change”from top to bottom,and the requirement of“concept leading,development promoting reform”from bottom to top,a self-adaptive,dynamic,cyclic smart education ecosystem framework is constructed.Through creating a smart environment of immersion and integration,enhancing the smart literacy of the coordination of things and people,and meeting the smart integration of the whole ecological needs,the smart education ecosystem can explore the practical path of cultivating comprehensive smart talents in the new era and respond to the development needs of smart education.
