摘要
课程标准与学业质量标准是高等职业院校教学准备、实施和评价工作的重要指导。高等职业教育课程标准与学业质量标准联动编制具有必要性、合理性。当前,我国高等职业教育形成了三种课程标准编制模式,但受政策、理论研究和质量管理因素影响,学业质量标准编制还缺少相应的规范要求与技术方法,使课程标准向学业质量标准的转化面临诸多困境。因此,要努力补齐学业质量标准建设中的“学习成果”描述缺失或者不规范的短板,合理设计表现标准,确保高等职业教育课程标准与学业质量标准的有效联动编制。
The curriculum standard and academic quality standard are the important guidance for higher vocational colleges and undergraduate vocational colleges to prepare,implement and evaluate the teaching work.There is necessity and reasonability between higher vocational education curriculum standard and coordinated formulation for academic quality standard.Meanwhile,it is affected by policy,academic research and quality management.It is found that Chinese higher vocational education has formed three curriculum standard modes through analyzing the necessity,rationality,practical confusion and causes of the coordinated formation of higher vocational education curriculum standard and academic quality standard,but there is still the lack of specification requirements and technical methods in academic quality standard system.There is realistic dilemma for each curriculum to convert formulation mode to academic quality standard.Eradicating the weakness in the academic quality standard.Therefore,it is necessary to make up for the missing or non-standard description of“learning outcome”in the construction of academic quality standards,design performance standards reasonably,so as to ensure the effective linkage of curriculum standards and academic quality standards of higher vocational education.
