阐述虚拟维修验证的工作方法,分析了航空发动机维修任务虚拟仿真验证的具体工作流程,包括维修样机建模、虚拟维修仿真流程、维修性分析评价,探讨结合VR技术开展航线LRU更换维修任务虚拟仿真验证工作,总结当前方法实现过程中的关键技术。
This paper expounds the working method of virtual maintenance verification, analyzes the specific workflow of virtual simulation verification of aeroengine maintenance tasks, including maintenance prototype modeling, virtual maintenance simulation process, maintainability analysis and evaluation, discusses the virtual simulation verification of airline LRU replacement maintenance tasks combined with VR technology, and summarizes the key technologies in the implementation of the current method.
