This paper expounds the application of electrical engineering and automation technology in intelligent buildings, including information transmission, monitoring system, monitoring and automation control of power supply and distribution system, building control system, automatic fire alarm control system and fire joint controller, access control system, design compatibility, safe carrying capacity and application of grounding device.
