摘要
阐述天气污染治理中的问题,应对的策略,探讨时间滞后问题造成污染扩散,延误最佳防控时机。分析天气污染问题的成因,结合环境监测与治理技术,完成区域环境的监控布设。
This paper expounds the problems in weather pollution control and the corresponding strategies, and discusses the pollution diffusion caused by time lag, delaying the best prevention and control opportunity. It analyzes the causes of the weather pollution problem, and completes the monitoring layout of the regional environment in combination with the environmental monitoring and treatment technology.
