金鱼外洗方治疗小儿尿布皮炎的效果

Therapeutic effect of Jinyu Waixi Recipe on diaper dermatitis in children

目的对金鱼外洗方治疗小儿尿布皮炎的效果进行评价。方法选择2020年3月至2022年3月在佛山市南海区妇幼保健院就诊的60例小儿尿布皮炎患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为治疗组及对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用氧化锌软膏外用,治疗组采用金鱼外洗方外用。评价两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为100%,对照组总有效率为90%;治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未见不良反应。结论金鱼外洗方能明显改善小儿尿布皮炎症状,且两组在药物使用过程中均未见不良反应,可以在临床推广使用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Jinyu Waixi Recipe in the treatment of diaper dermatitis in children.Methods A total of 60 children with diaper dermatitis treated in Nanhai Maternal and Child Care Hospital of Foshan City from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected,and divided into the treatment group and the control group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.Zinc Oxide Ointment was used externally in the control group,the treatment group was treated with Jinyu Waixi Recipe for external use.The curative effects of the two groups were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%and that of the control group was 90%;the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Jinyu Waixi Recipe can significantly improve the symptoms of diaper dermatitis in children,and there are no adverse reactions in the drug use of the two groups,which can be popularized in clinical use.
