产后早期盆底康复治疗的临床疗效研究

Clinical efficacy study of pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy in the early postpartum period

目的探索产后早期盆底康复治疗的临床效果。方法选择2021年1月至12月广东省罗定市中医院收治的120例顺产产妇作为研究对象,遵循盲抽签法分为两组,每组各60例。对照组开展常规教育指导,观察组在常规康复治疗的基础上配合产后早期盆底康复治疗,观察两组产妇生活质量、盆底肌力以及盆底功能障碍性疾病的发生率。结果治疗前两组产妇各维度生活质量(认知功能、躯体功能、社会功能、情绪功能)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后的各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇盆底肌力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的盆底功能障碍性疾病总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后早期盆底康复治疗可及早改善产妇产后症状,帮助产妇盆底功能尽早恢复,提升产妇生活质量,有助于产妇及早恢复健康,应用价值显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of early postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment.Methods A total of 120 vaginal delivery women from January to December 2021 in Luoding City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to the blind lottery method,60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine education guidance,the observation group was given early postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation on the basis of routine rehabilitation.The quality of life,pelvic floor muscle strength and incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction between two groups were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in quality of life(cognitive function,physical function,social function,emotional function)scores before treatment between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The maternal pelvic floor muscle strength in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the total incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction disease in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment in early postpartum can improve various postpartum symptoms,help early pelvic floor function,improve maternal life quality,and help early health recovery,with significant application value.
