低分子肝素钙辅助治疗子宫动脉血流阻力增高先兆流产的效果

Effect of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium adjuvant therapy on threatened abortion with increased uterine artery blood flow resistance

目的探讨低分子肝素钙辅助治疗子宫动脉血流阻力增高先兆流产的效果。方法采用方便抽样方法将浙江中医药大学附属第一医院妇产科于2020年5月至2021年12月收治的90例子宫动脉血流阻力增高先兆流产患者作为研究对象,按随机抽签法分为对照组与试验组,每组各45例。两组均采用地屈孕酮以及维生素E治疗,试验组在此基础上应用低分子肝素钙治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组保胎成功率高于对照组,试验组疗程结束时阻力指数与脐动脉收缩末期峰值与舒张末期峰值比值低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在子宫动脉血流阻力增高的先兆流产患者中,应用低分子肝素钙辅助治疗能显著提高保胎成功率,改善患者子宫动脉血流阻力相关指标。

Objective To investigate the effect of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium in the adjuvant treatment of threatened abortion with increased uterine artery blood flow resistance.Methods A total of 90 patients with threatened abortion with increased uterine artery blood flow resistance admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University from May 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the subjects of study by the convenient sampling method.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group by random drawing,45 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Dydrogesterone and Vitamin E,and the experimental group was treated with Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium on this basis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of fetal preservation in experimental group was higher than that in control group,at the end of treatment,the resistance index and the ratio of end-systolic peak to end-diastolic peak of umbilical artery in experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with threatened abortion with increased uterine artery blood flow resistance,the application of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium adjuvant therapy can significantly improve the success rate of fetal preservation and improve the indicators of uterine artery blood flow resistance.
