无痛分娩产妇展开针对性护理对产程、疼痛程度及满意度的影响

Effect of targeted nursing on labor process,pain degree and satisfaction of painless parturients

目的探析无痛分娩产妇采用针对性护理干预模式对其产程、疼痛及满意度的影响。方法选取2020年1月至12月在梁山县人民医院产科分娩的200例产妇,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各100例。对照组给予常规围产期护理,观察组采用针对性护理干预措施。比较两组产妇产程、疼痛程度及护理满意度。结果观察组各产程均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各产程视觉模拟评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为无痛分娩产妇提供针对性护理干预对于缩短各产程、缓解疼痛有突出效果,提升产妇对分娩护理的满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the impact of targeted nursing intervention model on the labor process,pain and satisfaction of painless parturients.Methods A total of 200 pregnant women who delivered in Liangshan People’s Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine perinatal nursing,and the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention measures.The labor process,pain degree and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing targeted nursing intervention for painless parturients has a prominent effect on shortening each stage of labor and relieving pain,and improving the satisfaction with delivery nursing,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
